Chief Sales Officer

Position: Chief Sales Officer

Location: Bestech Business Tower, Mohali.

Department: Sales

CTC: 10-15 Lakhs P.A

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals with an analytical approach and a natural flair for leading the team. One has to be well-versed in handling an US customer, to be able to lead them to closer. If your Sales & Marketing talent is exceptional, we have a place just for you! Candidates having experience only with International call center/BPO’s will be preferred. As the organization’s senior-most sales leader, the CSO is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.

Experience: Minimum of 7– 10 Years of US Sales experience is a must.

Education: MBA’s preferred. However a candidate with a BA or a BS with relevant work experience can also apply.

Technical:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel

Generic:

  • Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
